Kapana's soul is located in the middle of the Californian desert, more precisely within the Joshua Tree National Park. From Pioneer Town to Indio and its Cochella Valley, the inspiration is to live connected to nature by enjoying high-end housing with the lowest impact on the environment.

Redefining outdoor housing

Kapana is the result of the association of Héric Silva (successful real estate developer) and Fred Hanser (landowner and businessman). During the pandemic, they have decided to combine their skills, to develop a project of unconventional hotel industry that goes beyond the standards of Airbnb or classic hotel. The idea was to offer accommodation in the form of a luxury glamping site, offering a unique experience in exceptionals sites.

A Californian concept for Europe

A real estate developer in France and Spain, Davy was looking for new types of housing that would limit the impact of construction on the environment. He lands in Palm Springs to meet the Kapana team and discovers a new way of life, a philosophy, a universe that deserves to go beyond borders.

The 3 amigos decided to export the concept and created Kapana Europe, which retained the values and borrowed from Kapana Usa.
