KAPANA is made up of a steel frame, all the interior and exterior structural panels are made of aluminium. It is light, robust, mobile, recyclable, easy to install in any environment, and requires no maintenance. Its lifespan is estimated at 70+ years and the interior modern living space adapts to serve: residential, boutique hotel, office, retail store, cafe, bar, restaurant, distributor space machines, pop-up shops, exhibition space or mobile space dedicated to different industries.
100% MADE IN USA CONSTRUCTION
Kapana is 100% built in a US-based factory and ships complete in one piece to your site. It is very easily connected to the city's public networks or optional off-grid and self-sufficient solutions.
LOW EMISSIONS AND EFFICIENCY
Beyond its pure and minimalist design, Kapana has many latest generation equipment. The low-emissivity glazing and the air conditioning system allow intelligent regulation of the interior temperature. They can also be fitted with solar panels, making them self-sufficient in the production of electricity or hot water.

The level of equipment is complete. Heating/air conditioning, bathroom, equipped kitchen, interior furniture, Kapana is delivered ready to use and only requires connection to the networks.
